What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a confidential relationship between the client and coach. The dialogue is a two way process, where the coach will inspire, motivate and challenge the client to ensure they achieve their full potential. Sessions take place weekly or fortnightly either face to face or via the telephone to fit in with your lifestyle.

How does Life Coaching work and how will it help me?
At Coaching for Life, we are dedicated to helping you create the life you want. Using the latest coaching techniques, we explore the key areas of your life, and work with you to clarify your goals, and then plan the steps you need to take in order to achieve them.
We will help you identify and remove any barriers or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving the life you want. We will help you to unleash your hidden potential, increase your self belief and inner drive. This will in turn ignite your motivation to succeed at taking control of your life, and to live it the way you want to.
In your first session we will establish where you are currently in your life and where you want to be, in for example, the following areas:
- Relationships
- Career
- Home life
- Health
- Leisure time
- Finances
- Confidence
- Personal development
In the proceeding sessions, using the latest coaching techniques, we will work with you to define and create the life you want. This is structured to suit the clients needs, with a combination of goal setting and forward planning with all the support and encouragement necessary to get you where you want to be.
As a result you will achieve the life you want with a bright and exciting future.
